The UF Health Florida Recovery Center, a premiere addiction treatment program in Gainesville, has completed its newest expansion project, a renovation of the building next door. The 9,000-square-foot-building is located at 3939 SW 13th Street, and cost $3.325 million to renovate. The first floor consists of spacious meeting rooms and a large auditorium to host guest speakers, and group activities. The second floor houses offices for the UF department of psychiatry, in addition to the UF Health Addiction Medicine – Florida Recovery Center, an outpatient practice for patients with substance use disorders. UF Health partnered with BBI Construction Management, Donnelly Architects and Mitchell Gulledge Engineering for the renovation.

Stay tuned for more information surrounding this project.
